COCA COLA 2 Coca cola Introduction Coca-Cola Company is a well-known beverage company serving approximately 400 sparkling and 3500 beverage choices. Coca-cola is one of the most recognized and valued brands and features 21billion-dollar brands and about 18 of the brands are easily available in low-calories or no-calorie options. In this essay, I will be focusing on the nature of Coca-cola as a company, its structure, and products and services provided in the company. I will also discuss5 ways in which the stakeholder may manipulate the financial performance in the company and the 2 external factors of the company that might hinder it from achieving its objectives. International nature of the coca cola business requires that the organization system to have the highest standards and operation to ensure steady calibre across the value chain that is from manufacturing, bottling and delivering of their products. Coca-cola understands that their customers deserve safe, high quality and refreshing drinks.fro this reason, Coca Cola work hard to meet these standards of their products quality and safety. Coca Cola’s main objective is providing safe drinks to consumers globally hence follow the ingredient standards and strict products developed to ensure high quality and safety of their products. However, to achieve constant safety and quality, Coca-cola has developed compelling governance practices, and work hard to ensure consent with applicable standards and regulations. This means that the company has to be updated on the new regulations, improved industry practices and be aware of the trending condition and marketplace. The corporation has adapted Coca-Cola Operating Requirements a non-segregated quality management program through which firm products manufacturing and distribution requirements, specification and policies. Coca Cola structure has a collective segment which is the head office and it is responsible for giving the organization direction in the decision making and
