1. A school leading is not really easy to lead due to there are many things to manage in any situations that the leaders obviously need to face many difficult tasks. All of the problems, the leaders have to hardly perform because it will lead to another problem if there is no appropriate solutions remained. Just like the teachers at a Primary School A have been asked to perform an excessive number of educational tasks. As a result, their commitment to and focus on tasks are deteriorating because they do not feel a sense of clear purpose for doing those tasks as a case study. This is an issue that rolled by the leaders to solve it. This problem occurs due to the unclear setting goal in that school that we need to provide them the solutions with setting the clear goal. The goal brightly covers to almost everything which contribute to the future effect of something or someone, so we need to set it attentionally in order to avoid the lack of commitment to and focus on tasks which deteriorate to the goal because they do not feel a sense of clear purpose for doing the tasks. This unclear goal is the main cause that make the teacher feel nonsense of doing the tasks. The process of setting the clear goal, there are some condition requirements such as gaining goal commitment, capacity checking, and specify the goal. The word gaining goal commitment purposes to the collective goal which the leader or the school principal need. This mean that the principals have to show the lack of the current tasks that we have to change immediately; when the goal is collective, the commitment will be increase incredibly, so the sense of performing new tasks will be strongly possible. Moreover, the capacity of the staff checking is needed for this situation because if the capacity is lack, there is impossible to achieve the goal setting. The goal setting is achieved when they know or believe they can do it; it means that the capacity of each staff must be considered the commitment of the teacher to effectively achieve the goal. Last, but not least, the leaders have to specify the goal for the teacher avoiding the many goal complexed because the teachers will not be able to do it at once. The good goals should be around three or four. These all are the way to set the clear goal which lead to make the teacher feel senses with the new tasks given. In short, the reason that the teacher do not have enough sense to achieve the new tasks because the school principals do not set the clear goal for that tasks which need to set it attentionally by focusing on gaining the commitment, checking the capacity of the teachers, and set the specific goal.

2. The student outcomes are the main thing that the teachers and the leaders are concerned. In a school, there will be nothing satisfied all the time; it just like somehow the student outcomes are low, the quality of the teachers is limited, or the lack of leadership in the school.
