Unit 02: Leadership Frameworks for Interprofessional Share leadership related to interprofessional practice is discussion. And shear leadership is focus on the source of influence found within a team, that the source of influence also across team member rather than influence being by a single individual. Therefore, the team member are providing leadership and responding to leadership from the other source on the team. The responsible of leadership need of the situation and providing the expertise as well as structure and direction to ad hoc team gathering .So in the point of Leadership framework for interprofessional focus on Shear purpose ,Social support, Voice and external coaching that leadership should research the goal for team and the steps toward that goal and need to recognize each other contribution and accomplishment, and then leadership need to forward looking concept that help define the shear goal of team that provide the team member from lower lever of idea and challenge the current plans of team. Unit03: Interprofessional Education from Pilot to Formal Curriculum In this point that focus on the implementation of Indonesia interprofessional education (IPE) that the leadership need to prepare the learning content. And worked collaboratively by discussed the learning strategy to content knowledge or disease as a learning triggle.
