DISCUSSION 2 Discussion Overview There are numerous perspectives from which one can view the subject of regulation. The best way, however, is to examine it from the perspective of someone who is getting regulated or constrained in their undertakings. These regulations, in turn, affect the behavior of those governed. If one wants to do something, there is a bunch of rules they need to follow. The law dictates who can do something and where that thing can be undertaken. There are several reasons why such regulations are put in place. In addition to being regulated by the law, some norms guide or dictate what activities can be done, where, and when. In addition to these two constraints that regulate the behavior of individuals, there is a third constraint called the market. The markets determine what products can be sold and at what prices. They also regulate who can enter the business and what barriers they will need to jump.in

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
