2 BEHAVIORAL LEARNING THEORY AND COGNITIVE LEARNING THEORY Abstract It is well known, that the human, by nature, is a perfectly created being; because it is capable of assimilating and mastering knowledge, behaviors and procedures, from the simplest to the most complex. Some theorists assure that the process of learning of the man begins from his gestation; If it is stimulated, it can develop its senses more efficiently, with respect to which it has not been encouraged by its parents during the fetal formation process. However, the greatest learning is acquired by man through his interaction with the world around him (environment, family, society, school). In this sense, in the course of time, the experiences lived will allow him to fully develop. There are two theories that have excelled with respect to learning: the theory of behavioral learning is a theory of learning based on the idea that all behaviors are acquired through the interaction of the individual with the environment. Behaviorists believe that responses to environmental stimuli shape actions. And the second theory is called cognitive learning theory: it determines that the different learning processes can be explained, first, through the analysis of mental processes. It assumes that, through effective cognitive processes, learning is easier and new information can be stored in memory for a long time. On the contrary, inefficient cognitive processes produce difficulties in learning that can be observed throughout the life of an individual, and finally what Bible has to say about learning.

3 BEHAVIORAL LEARNING THEORY AND COGNITIVE LEARNING THEORY Behavioral Learning Theory Vs Cognitive Learning Theory Definitely, in this life, what you will never stop doing is learning. New knowledge is acquired every day. Not only to technological advances, but to the ability to learn from experiences, situations, errors, failures and even triumphs. The world in which one lives is a great classroom; and although many have not liked going to school, the school of life will always be there. A university degree is only a role and it is of no use to have all the theory if you do not have the practice, therefore some people have the conviction from very young to work to gain experience, from the beginning or before the university. The field of life will always provide experiences and that is what will become experts in the area you are passionate about. Learning is part of growing and maturing; Just as children learn the alphabet, when they reach adulthood, they begin to live different and more complex things. It is difficult for many to learn something from a bad experience, perhaps because they believe that only a good lesson is derived from good things, but it is not always the case.
