BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE 2 Business intelligence is regarded as a technology-driven process which comprises of the strategies of collection, analyzing, and presentation of applicable information that helps enterprises make sound business decisions. The paper focuses on the Coca-Cola Bottling Company and how it has maximized its operational efficiency through the application of business intelligence. There are many companies which have adopted business intelligence. sCoca -Cola had a manual reporting process, and this restricted access to operating data and real-time sales. However, to curtail this challenge, the Coca-colas business intelligence team, automated the company’s reporting processes which resulted in time-saving of approximately 260 hours annually ( Cai, 2014) . As a result of automating the reporting process and integrating the company's system, the sales team can access customer association management data. The team is also able to access the
