SUMMARY of 2-Day Healthy Eating Plan Note: You will use the “All Daily Report” from NutriCalc Plus to fill out the tables and answer the reflection questions in this document. The All Daily Report should provide the average values for the 2- day diet plan you created. 1. Meet the MyPlate Food Group Recommendations . Report to use: MyPlate Report Fill out the table using the information from the MyPlate Report in the table below. Please enter the correct units in the Intake Amount and MyPlate Goal columns for each group. Guideline to meet : You must meet at least 95% of the recommended amounts for each My Plate food group. 50% of your grains should be whole grains.
