WTO, IMF, WORLD BANK The WTO (world trade organization) is not a trade bloc, it is an association that helps facilitate trade. 153 member states Lots of people protest it because some people are very anti-globalization who don’t want the whole world to be the same IMF and World Bank created just after WW2 They are for-profit businesses but aren’t a OPEC or WTO or anything else They lend money for very specific reasons and expect interest The G-7 and G-8 countries created the IMF and World Bank and thus have the most voice on what happens and gain the most profit The IMF lends money to governments to stabilize economies and currencies International credit card The World Bank wants to eliminate world poverty, they will LEND money to eradicate disease or build schools or build dams The IMF in particular has a lot of leverage to get their money back, which includes sending people to restructure their government “Austere Measures” Lots of states and people really hate this Ecuador straight up declined to pay them back because the money was lent under bad conditions Another reason people dislike the IMF is because they can lend money to a corrupt government or dictator, which is what happened when Mobutu Sese Seko, President of the Congo did It is also a good thing if you think about it, they bailed out Mexico and Argentina multiple times The World Bank has also helped a lot, helped eradicate polio in some parts and river blindness somewhere The IMF and World Bank are changing like the G-20 did and including the growing economies more and more Okay friends I have saved the last super nationalist organization of all to the bitter end here because we don't get our act together as humans, this particular organization is going to be the bitter end of us all and I'm referring to, of course, the nuclear group. Those countries with nuclear weapons and/or working towards nuclear weapons. It is an unofficial grouping, which is why it's in the oddball category. They don't even get together for meetings but I really want you to understand the nuclear issue in today's world and who has nuclear weapons and who's working towards perhaps getting nuclear weapons and the rules and regulations about nuclear weapons, because you can't understand today's power structures on the planet or potential threats or future threats or how countries are working together

or how nuclear energy industries are even created without understanding the nuke group and how its regulated and controlled, or perhaps not so well controlled. Alright, first and foremost who's in it? Who's in the nuke club? Well some of these countries definitely got nuclear weapons, some of them kind of do but maybe don't admit it and some admit something that we're not sure what they got. Now, let's start with the first fog. These are countries that have declared and tested nuclear weapons shown them to the world and have signed this thing called the NPT that I'll get back to in just a minute and these five are the United States, Russia, the UK, France, and China stop right there don't those five countries sound familiar?

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
