She was supposed to cut sales personal expenses in 10%, and to do so she had two options, which were reduce the number of salespeople employed in the district or increase the number of sales individuals would need to reach quota to start receiving their commission, or a combination of both. She was having a tough time already making that decision, but two other major problems came into question. Joe, a company veteran, came by Kimberly office, to let her know he was thinking of retiring in 6 months, when he would’ve completed 20 years with the company gaining eligibility for full retirement benefits. The other problem appeared when Tom from HR called her to let her know that Anne, one of the newest sales person, had applied for a 60-day medical leave. The problem was, Kimberly would’ve not known about such thing until January first, but Tom as her friend told her as a secret.
