Grand Wines is a convenient standalone liquor outlet offering consumers a wide range of products. Perfect for stopping in on the way to a dinner party to pick up a wine or grabbing a 6 pack of beer to watch the football, Grand Wines offers local shoppers a convenient liquor option. Grand Wines Company is presently suffering various problems related to the communication with their customers. The following business proposal to the company is to help and built well equipped with suitable wireless data entry devices in order make the sales representatives communicate with the customers properly thereby delivering the product on time (Dykstra, 2011). In order to avoid the problems associated with the effective communication and interaction, project will first outline the strengths, the weaknesses, the opportunities and the threats of the company. With this analysis it prepares a project charter where all the objectives, criteria of acceptance, the various assumptions and the constraints, the list of the stakeholders have been highlighted. Goal and Final Objective. The Business plan will proceed and prepares a communication plan. Under this plan, the purpose of the plan has been addressed, the various stakeholders have been identified, the information that is shared have been outlined, and the purpose of communication, the recommendations or the various changes that are required has been mentioned. Lastly, the goal is to provide a solution to Grand wines on how they can use technology (Current Business Plan) and make customer happy receive their orders on time. 3
