The neighborhood with the least amount of people is Industrial Heights with a population of 38,855. Acer Tech Center has a population of 168,390, and Nightingale Square has a population of 103,974. There is a median household income of $269,550 at Nightingale Square, $166,300 at Acer Tech Center, $80,134 at Casper Park District, and $24,672 at Industrial Heights. Neighborhood/Community Safety InventorySentinel City has many different safety hazards. In every neighborhood, there is trash left outside on the streets, some worse than others. There are rats digging through the trash and running around the buildings. There are stray dogs wandering the streets. In one neighborhood, there was a car on fire and a car was trashed and vandalized. There was, what looked like a sewage pipe, that was broken and spilling out hazardous wastes. There was a shop that was broken into where the windows and doors were shattered. There was a lot of graffiti in different neighborhoods, some worse than others (Healthcare Learning Innovations, 2017). Amongst the different arrest charges of Sentinel City last year, 16% was due to controlledsubstance. Other crimes occurring in the area include murders, rapes, robberies, aggravated assaults, criminal trespassing, reckless conduct, public intoxication, and battery. Due to gang violence, in Sentinel City last year, there was a recorded 20 homicides, 100 aggravated assaults, 38 simple assaults, and 40 robberies. The Emergency Medical Service (EMS) response times include: 7.46 minutes for EMS Response Team, 6.33 minutes for Fire Response Team, 7.54 minutes for Advance Life Support, and 6.37 minutes to time of shock (Healthcare Learning Innovations, 2017).
