Introduction: Organisation change management is the structure change of the organisation. In the way of developing the strategies in the organisation, there is needing to be a change of the structure where a change in the leadership, nature of the changing business and so on. Change of the leadership and nature of business are also positive and negative impacts on the organisation. Change of business policy can innovative service of the organisation. Organisation management systems is another strategy to resist the business in the market more times. So organisation change management is necessary for the organisation at a time that helps to understand the best business policy.
Wicked problems occur when changing the structure of the organisation The Nature of Organisational Change: Everything is not certain in a level but death is certain for everything. Without certain things are always added- change. In the organisation life, change is the part of the organisation. The change means changing the present business situation (Mansfield, 2010). Some example of organisational change: new product, a new method of working, the structure of the organisation, benefits of employees, change of policy and so on. Forces for Change: There are numerous factors that effects on organisation change both within the organisation or outside organisation. External change forces: General and task environment of the organisation makes external forces of change. It comprises government actions, social values, technology, competition, economic factors, health and safety and so on. Labour laws affect hiring, paying and training of the employees. Changing of tax laws and economic conditions such as rate of interest, money supplies, inflation rate and so on. When the organisational is a redesign or reproduce or rearranging product than it is a structural change. The changing of human behaviour in the organisation such as top executive change (Murthy, 2007). Internal Change Forces:
Internal change force refers to force to change within the organisation or various factors affects to change in the organisation. These forces could be included such as managerial policy, systems, technology, employee’s behaviour and so on (Murthy, 2007). For example, in the term of a long-term goal, suddenly, a manager change is decision long-term to short-term goal. Then, the process of long-term needs to short term so there is a great change in the organisation.
