INTRODUCTION In this report, as an international and multicultural company, Schneider Electric’s (SE) values, vision, company culture, organisation structure will be discussed with using academic sources and methodologies. In addition, its ethical practises and diversity perspective will be evaluated. The reason I chose Schneider Electric is that I worked in this company for 5 years and I am have deep knowledge about their values, vision, structure and ethics in theory and in practise. It is the last company I worked until there are some organisational changes had occurred and ended up closing my department. Therefore, I will discuss some of the management problems occurred in the company while I was working and will suggest my recommendations from my perspective.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
