2 ANALYSIS OF KFC CORPORATION` LABOR MARKET Introduction It is the desire of all performing organization to have employees who are responsive to the needs of the ever changing business needs and labor force requirements in the corporation. This in simple terms means that, organizations need to source for the right employees in terms of skills and other essential development tactics that are required while performing job at the organization (Anand and Yeung, 2018). The quality of employees that an organization has greatly contributes to the kind of output such an organization will produce. Successful organizations have mastered the art of either training their employees to the produce the best or even hiring or sourcing the best employees to fill their most important positions. On the other side, failing organizations and corporations have basically left this role and do not care the kind of employees they hire, what type of skills they possess and this is a great disadvantage to them. KFC Corporation is one of the most successful restaurant multinational headquartered in the United States of America. The success of this multinational could largely be associated with the right criteria that are employed while recruiting new employees to take up positions in the corporation. The Corporation has an estimated employee capacity of around 90000 and above of the employees working in the company`s headquarter in the US and several other branches across the world Hunt, S. T. (2014). However, the company`s workforce represents just less than 1% of the total employees in the retail sector in the United States. This study will reveal a full description of the results of assessment from which KFC Corporation draws its employees from to fill up the open positions.
