Futhermore, Ethical code 4.07 includes if environmental conditions are preventing implementation of a behavior-change program then behavior analyst seek professional help from other disciplines (Bailey & Burch, 2016). There has been situations in which my BCBA had to terminate services because of the conditions that were preventing the implementation of the behavior program. One in particular, I was working with a client that was diagnosed with fragile X, 185 pounds and fifteen years old. He engaged in high magnitude physical aggression , and it started to become harder to transport to time out,

The precursors to his behaviors and the way that he would switch "personalities", and moods made us believe that not only because of his size and magnitude physical aggression but also that he may have multiple personalities. Since it was out of our expertise, we had to terminate services in order to keep the client, Ourselves, and our other clients safe. We did refer them to another service that worked with high magnitude problem behaviors and could monitor his behaviors 24/7.
