Outline each of the following in your letter: Date of Letter Name and full mailing address of sucessful job candidate Introduction/welcome Title, annualized pay, start date, and time Working hours Benefits summary and start dates of benefits Time of At-will statement Closing Signature line for new hire Your Name and JobTitle Assess the resumes of each interview candidate Over the past few months I have been actively pursuing candidates that meet the qualifications for a Maintenance Technician/Janitor. After careful reviewing multiple applicants resumes, I have selected three candidates for final review. Candidate Joe Johnson resume was more tailored to the job description. He used a resume that is in chronological order from most recent position listed first. This resume has a strong solid work experience. Joe has also attended college and he has been doing maintenance work since 1987. So he has a wealth of experience in the field.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
