1. Read, extract the meaning and summarise a workplace document that is used in program execution. (6 Marks)
From what I understood the Project Management Plan is the initial document to should be used
for a program execution. This document has the purpose of provide all the information of what
has to be achieved by the project,
it defines and agree gaps and changes between the current
state and the desired future state with pertinent stakeholders, how it is to be achieved, who will
be involved in the project and their responsibilities, how it will be reported and measured and
how information will be communicated.
This document should be used as reference for the
decision-making process.
2. Develops and refine at least three project related documents using appropriate format, vocabulary and structure. (12 marks)
