Part 1
I attended the classes regularly as requested. I spoke with the trainers and I received
feedbacks and support from them during the classes, all activities helped me to
clarify my ideas about the business that I want to develop and also I had an
important help to identify some of my strength and weakness points in my leadership
and communication. I can feel that I am progressing step by step however I need
improve some others skills and knowledge to be ok, the technical skills such as
create/edit movies and learn other tools on iPad is very useful and It might help me
on my other projects. The experience to work as a team is a bit challenging but is a
good experience and a good opportunity to improve my communication skills. I had
an ‘aha!’ moment and hopefully this idea will open more doors and will be a
successful experience in the end of the course.

Self-Confidence
(Questions 2, 8)
Your score is
5
out of
10
Self-confidence is built by mastering significant skills and situations, and by knowing that you can add
real value by the work you do. One of the best ways to improve your confidence is to become aware
of all of the things you've already achieved.
It’s the most important key that I have to develop to have a successful
professional and personal life as well.
Positive Attitude and Outlook
(Questions 10, 17)
Your score is
7

A positive mindset is also associated with strong leadership. However, being positive is much more
than presenting a happy face to the world: you need to develop a strong sense of balance, and
recognize that setbacks and problems happen – it's how you deal with those problems that makes the
difference. Positive people approach situations realistically, prepared to make the changes necessary
to overcome a problem. Negative people, on the other hand, often give in to the stress and pressure
of the situation. This can lead to fear, worry, distress, anger and failure.
This key is very important for leadership and I feel that I am in the right way to
achieve that skill.
