When taking the Myers-Briggs test, I got the ENFJ type. It is described as “the teacher”, and says they’re idealist organizers, driven to implement their vision of what is best for humanity. They act as catalysts for human growth because of their ability to see potential in other people and their charisma in leading others. Looking further into it, I learned that ENFJs excel at picking up the tone of situations, and acting accordingly. I’ve always been a little skeptical of personality tests, and still continue to be. I find them really hard to fill out, because the choices they give you are very situational. For example, if they ask “are you an optimist or a realist” it is hard to fit myself in one catagpry 100% of the time. But maybe that’s because I’m indecisive (another

They just regurgutated the answers to the questions in another way, so there way no way it could be that inaccurate. It is interesting nonetheless. My personality type makes me very controlling and organized. Which for some, is a blessing in a group. I make sure everyone does their part, we all have a role, and everything is done on time. Lots of people love having me in groups, unless they’re another leader. I tend to butt heads with others that try to take charge. In my group specifically, we work well together. I keep us organized, and we all provide perspective and hard work. The self guided learning especially is supported by this type, because ENFJs tend to be very self motivated....
