Include topics that we talked about in class. Yes! They should. I am not saying this because I am college player. After doing, my research I find out that The average American full-time work contract usually stipulates that the employee will work between the hours of 8 AM and 5PM five days per week. Salaries are also usually based around a 40+ -hour workweek. If the average NCAA jr college soccer in Division One spends over 40 hours a week over training sessions, games, travel and other required sessions that student athletes must attend in order to remain on the team and keep their full scholarship. As my opinions as a college athletic students, i would say yes it would be nice if us students would not have to add extra stress worrying about where they will get their money from. If students did not have to worry about their finances, they could spend more time focusing on their game and their classes. This helps prevent tired and burnt out athletes from underperforming on the field. 3. If college players were paid to play their sport and you were the one coming up with an ethical plan to pay them, what would it be? Be Specific! Include topics that we discussed in class. Examples: DI, DII, DIII, NAIA, NJCAA, How much $$, 1 st string to 3 rd string players, Football/basketball vs. other sport I would do percentage because it would be easy to corporate. D1 could get 75% D250% NAIA-NJCAA could get 45%. All this would change, player would be playing on the best, keep the 3.0 and have all you class hours in order to stay on the payroll....
