For example if you have too little of Dopamine can cause Parkinson’s disease, too much causes mental disorders like schizophrenia.the same thing with Norepinphrine If it is in an abundance then you may suffer from anxiety and too little is what causes depression. The process of how communications is started through the neurotransmitters that relay information through the synaptic gap between neurons. The axon is what carries all the information around to the cell bodies and then into the dentrites. What causes everything to be passes down is the electrochemical process which is the way that the axons relay information and chemicals down to the cell bodies and through the dentrites....
