It is wrong to make pupils read a lot in summer. Many people believe that students are overwhelmed with summer literature. On the contrary, others say that reading is extremely good for education. In my opinion, children should be given less literature for summer. Firstly, a huge number of books are only additional literature, not particularly important for study. Secondly, in pursuit of the amount of literature children read, they forget about the main purpose of their reading. The works will be poorly remembered, which mean that children have just wasted their time. Nevertheless, some people have an opposing opinion. Because of the great stress and fatigue, children get confused in a huge amount of new material. Moreover, students start to think that this material is useless to them, because of what they will have a negligent attitude to homework.
