Hello class, My name is Heather and I am excited to be this course about mobile applications. The mobile application I have chosen to write about is Mealime. Mealime is a meal plan mobile application that has a free version and the monthly or yearly subscription plan. I chose the yearly subscription plan. The category that best describes the app is food and the target market is working class people with busy lives. The application offers healthy structured meals for any size family that includes a shopping list of ingredients and instructions on how to cook the meal. There are suggestions listed under various categories or a download option to upload meals from online such as Pinterest or cooking sites. It is designed to create meal planning for the week on

Personally, I was hesitant on the application because before I have used similar ideas but became bored or frustrated with the flow of the application. But after having used it for most of the past school year with my four kids, I found it to be relieving not having to figure out what dinner will be after working 10 hours. I decide what the meals will be for the week based on work and school schedules including input from my kids. Not only are the meals planned and bought for, my kids get to place their opinion also which breaks down any whining or complaining come dinner time....
