ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR 2 Organization behavior Organizational networks have a significant impact on current businesses. Leveraging for corporate networks is important because it enables the optimization of individual and organizational performance. It can also help an organization unearth hidden talents, which can contribute positively to organizational productivity ( Melo & Beck, 2015) . In the contemporary world, organization teems with an effort to ensure that there is the existence of informal employee networks. All 21st-century businesses are supposed to ensure that they recognize the impact of informal networks in the workplace. Incorporation of informal networks to a workplace enables an organization to ensure that employees are working together because they have similar if not same interests ( Tesavrita et al., 2017) . In other words, informal networks would allow employees to work together because they know it is beneficial to do so. The informal network does not only promote individual an organizational performance but also it presents the value of knowledge to people. In light of this, these papers give an in-depth analysis of why active networks are essential and necessary to both organizations and individuals. I found the fact that network assessment of density 30% mainly starts with recognition and understanding, surprising, and exciting. It is essential to understand the whole organization because technology has grown to the extent that management is placed in situations that are complex such as not being sure what is happening to the networks of density 30%.
