Sara Tehrani Professor Rybold Communications 1 27 August 2019 SEE-I #2 STATEMENT The best way to improve active listening described in chapter 4 is to listen effectively which is a significant factor when listening to a speaker’s speech. ELABORATION In other words, In Chapters 4, It is mainly stating that to be a good speaker and a good active listener, you would have to be able to listen effectively to other people's speeches. To be able to understand everything that the speaker is stating is very important as your position in the audience. The three A’s for active listening are attention, attitude, and adjustment. Without these three you will not have good effective listening skills. It’s always good to make sure to be paying close attention and nodding your head to show the speaker that you are an effective listener and that you are very interested in the

Let’s say a speaker comes completely unprepared for his or her speech. This person may have bad communication skills, cannot listen clearly on other’s speeches, doesn’t prepare for their speech, so, this person is just overall on a road to failure when the speech has to be presented.
