To have an effective and successful run on a project, many factor is in play such as the time
of the project, estimation of the costs and how the project will run.
Gantt Chart of the project
Time is very important for any project, if the project is not complete in time it will take the
project completion longer and affects the rest of the project such as costs.
The project is estimated upon the completion to be nearly around 4 months. However
should there be any changes the timeline will be extended depending on how long the
changes are implemented.
