My decisions and actions impacts them as well, if I make any bad decisions or actions it will reflect me, my colleagues and administration. For example, if I require an assignment that requires the students to attend a specific field trip or experience in order to complete the assignment. The administration, parents and my colleagues need to be aware of this because it can impact their classes directly. Administration is must know at all times where there students are and what they will be doing, ultimately they are responsible for the students at all times. Also the parents need to be aware so that they can make sure the student is present at school that day.
