Living in the U.S. Campus Resources You will have several campus resource centers available to you that can help you be successful during your program. Some examples of these resources include: 1. College/University Library 2. Health Center/Counseling Center 3. Women’s Resource Center 4. Academic Support Center/ Writing Center 5. Computer Center 6. Campus Bookstore Remember, you are a cultural ambassador and leader; it is your responsibility to locate and utilize these centers when necessary. Campus Housing & Living with an American Roommate Campus housing varies, but you will be living in on-campus housing. You must have at least one American roommate living with you. Resident Assistants (RAs) often live in the dormitory with you and are there to assist you with any issues . IREX will cover the cost of your room and board. Any unauthorized housing charges ( e.g. room damages) will be your responsibility to pay.
