Since the date of your marriage through the date of your answer to this interrogatory, for any real property in which you have, or had, or claim any legal or equitable ownership interest, either individually or jointly with another, or have an interest in the same as the beneficiary or trustee of any trust, state, in detail: A. the street address of said property; B. a legal description for each piece of property; C. the purchase price for each piece of property; D. the sales price for each piece of property, if it has been sold, and if so, the consideration received therefrom and the name of the person to whom said real estate has been sold; E. whether any such piece of property is presently on the market for sale, or under contract or option for sale; F. All income and expenses for each piece of property, including but not limited to rental income, real estate taxes, utility charges, water and sewer charges, or any other expenses or income. 1

3. For any item of personal property owned by you with a fair market value in excess of $500.00, state, in detail, a complete description of said item, the date of acquisition of said item, the price paid for said item, the source of funds used to acquire said item, and the present fair market value of said item. 4. If you are or were a member or participant in any pension plan, retirement plan, IRA Plan, Keogh Plan, profit sharing plan, stock option plan, or any similar plans, for each such plan in which you have had, presently have, or will have any legal or equitable interest in, state the name of the entity which administers said plan, the name of the entity which possessed the assets accumulated pursuant to said plan, the present value of your interest in said plan, and the method used to determine the present value of your interest in said plan. 5. Describe, in detail, all perquisites or benefits other than those listed in your answer to the preceding interrogatory received by you, or to which you are entitled to, whether or not you have received them, as a result of your employment. For the purpose of this Interrogatory, the terms "perquisites" and "benefits" shall include but not be limited to medical or health insurance, dental insurance, per diems, food allowance, travel allowances or accounts, expense accounts, entertainment
