Chad Labourdette ANTH 102 4/17/2019 Writing Assignment #2 1.) In the article, Evolution as Fact and Theory, author Stephen Jay Gould examines his point that Darwin’s theory of evolution is both “fact” and “theory” but he strongly believes that “fact” doesn’t necessarily mean “absolute certainty.” Gould highlights his views about the differences between Evolutionists and Creationists. He says that Evolutionists’ theory is always open for scientific debate and can be challenged by anyone who doubts it.
