Immigrants from ENP countries and employment dismissal in Spain Elisabet Motellón Open University of Catalonia and AQR, University of Barcelona, Barcelona, Spain, and Enrique López-Bazo AQR, University of Barcelona, Barcelona, Spain Abstract Purpose The purpose of this paper is to check if the rate of employment dismissal in the Spanish labour market is higher for immigrants from countries of the European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) than for the native-born and the immigrants from other developing countries. It also analyses the impact on this rate of the lower endowment of human capital and the segregation in particular occupations and sectors of ENP immigrants.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
