Results The best cell seeding results where as follows: 8.5 x 10^5 cells Viability of 94.4% Merna Nagy (Plate A – C1) Cells have a high viability and cell count. Seeding was performed successfully. The following results were yielded for cell transfection: Merna Nagy Most cells show a bright green glow under blue, EGFP DNA transfection was successful.
