It's themed around fearlessness. What is shown in the story is that fearlessness does not always lead to trouble. In fact, the protagonist of the story, Hans, is able to all challenges solely based on the fact that he does not let fear hinder him. Up until the point of him conquering the challenges, there had not been a person to complete them, according to one of the characters in the story. The reason being that the curse was based on tapping into the fears of the would-be heroes in a way that caused them to literally die of fright. The theme of fearlessness is unmistakably revealing how one can be efficient in a task after casting aside unwarranted fears. While fear is extremely valuable on one side, it is frequently to our detriment that we cannot easily overcome it. This story was narrated to children to whom a lot of things are hard to explain and therefore scary.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
