After reading The Six Dimensions of Wellness Model, rate your wellness for each dimension on a scale of 1-10 (with 1 being the lowest possible level of wellness and 10 being the highest possible level of wellness). Analyse your highest and lowest rated dimensions of wellness and consider possible reasons why they are at that level. Write about what you learned from this activity as well as how this relates to what you have learned this week. The Learning Journal entry should be a minimum of 400 words and not more than 750 words. Use APA citations and references if you use ideas from the readings or other sources. Occupational model: I will rate myself by 6/10 on the dimension of the wellness model as I recognise the personal satisfaction in life through work activities as in my profession as a student and a learner in life. I choose to get into a career that does not only goes in line with my values but also works in hand with my ambitious monetary wise. Physical Model: I will rate myself at a 2/10. I don’t take drugs nor do I take alcohol but in areas around here (Africa) we do not consider more of health needs of food but more of availability of food to feed ourselves.
