These are the people with first line knowledge of your products and services, what works well and what doesn’t work so well, so you may find the simplest of solutions to problems that you didn’t even know you had. Meeting Customer Needs Customer satisfaction will increase as a knock-on effect of improved quality of products and services, but there are more benefits to your relationships with your customers than just that. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
