Juvenile delinquency involves the act of committing deeds that violate the law by young people
of between 10 and 18, as during this age no action or ordinary prosecution can be taken. Juvenile
offense are usually classified in three categories one being; delinquency crimes by minors acted upon by
juvenile courts, criminal behavior acted upon by criminal justice system and the third status offense such
as school dropout also acted upon by the juvenile court. According to the research there are two
delinquents that begin in puberty, repeat offender and age specific offender. The repeat offender is one
that begins that antisocial behavior in either childhood or adolescence and carry it on to adulthood
while age specific offender that antisocial behavior is normally due to adolescence where when the
stage passes the behavior ceases[ CITATION tim05 \l 1033 ]. However it is an important role for a parent
or a guardian to be keen on these especially during childhood, so as to realize age specific and repeat
offender in order to condemn them earlier enough.
