The company manufactures and retails a range of certified, organic, Australian native foods. Currently, the business is experiencing rapid growth since the launch of their new website in 2018. Previously it was selling its products through a number of small supermarkets and health food stores throughout Australia. Since December 2017 sales have been increasing steadily between 150-200% per month. Due to the increase in sales of the company, the decision has been taken, according to the strategic plan of the company of separate and relocate the company head-office (corporate and call center). For two fundamental reasons: * Ensure that there is adequate and adequate space / offices for all employees and future expansion as the current site is no longer adequate with the continual rapid growth of Native Bush Spices * To allow utilization of the vacated office space to allow for future expansion of the existing warehouse when required. The plan is to move to the adjacent 2 story office building 14A / 380 Pacific Highway Bombee, Coffs Harbor, after the current tenants vacate in 1 months time on April 30th 2018. Project Scope The new offices are located in 14/380 Pacific Highway , Bombee, COFFS HARBOUR NSW The budget for this project is of $148.000 with a 10% of variation The old furniture is going to be donated to charity Assure that the office relocation be on time and it meets the requirements. Expected that relocation is to incur minimum loss of operational time with final relocation/move to occur the weekend of 15-16th Sept 2018.With project Finalization Documents to be completed by 30th Sept 2018.
