The company manufactures and retails a range of certified, organic, Australian native foods. Currently, the business is experiencing rapid growth since the launch of their new website in 2018. Previously it was selling its products through a number of small supermarkets and health food stores throughout Australia. Since December 2017 sales have been increasing steadily between 150-200% per month. Due to the increase in sales of the company, the decision has been taken, according to the strategic plan of the company of separate and relocate the company head-office (corporate and call center). Objective: Separating and relocate the company head office (corporate and call center) from at 14/380 Pacific Highway, Bombee to 14A / 380 Pacific Highway Bombee, Coffs Harbor, this should include: Refurbishment of new offices, purchase of new furniture and installation and training of IT / Call Center. Target Outcomes: Have a new and improved place of work that is suitable and adequate for all employees that allow continuing with the growth of the company. To allow utilization of the vacated office space to allow for future expansion of the existing warehouse when required. The refurbishment of the new offices must be done at the times established in the schedule and with the quality standards required for its optimal operation. The relocation and moving should last just two days, on September 15 and 16 of 2018 so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the company. The project should be on budget which is $148,000 10% variation allowed Scope Statement: The separation and relocation of the central office, should be a project with an approximate duration of 6 months. The inspection works for the remodelling, design and purchase of furniture will begin after the current tenants vacate in 1 months’ time on April 30th 2018. The objective is to do the final move for the weekend of September 15 and 16 and that the normal operation of the company is not affected. A point in favour is that the new office is located in the building adjacent to the current one, so the final movement should not cause troubles. Deliverables and Acceptance criteria DELIVERABLE ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA Architectural Drawings Design and construction plans, completed which meet technical and legal requirements. Approved by a council if it is necessary.
