Amazon is currently trying to improve upon the impact on the environment by using eco-friendlier packaging as well as researching greener methods for the delivering of packages that are ordered. Amazon has a few direct competitors, but they do not compete through the broad spectrum that Amazon offers to its customers. Amazon has created its brand of multiple different products, therefore, increasing profits. Amazon created a competitive advantage by offering products for sale by themselves and through third-party sellers.
