A biome is defined as a large naturally occurring community of plants and animals that occupy and adapt to its environment. Some examples of biomes are deserts, grassland, aquatic, and tundra. An ecosystem is the interaction of living and nonliving things in an environment. In this essay we will be looking at the aquatic biome and the Keystone species specifically, the ocean.Aquatic biomes consist of fresh and saltwater. Aquatic biomes can be found all around the world and is considered home to many different plant and animal species.
