Gospel EssentialsThere is so much information to learn about the Christian worldview. There are essential elements to the Christian worldview. These elements include: God, humanity, Jesus, restoration, analysis of Christianity & relating it to myself. GodGod can be described as so many different wonderful things. He has so many wonderful characteristics. God is very compassionate & kind, to all of us. He loves us all equally & forgiveseach & every one of us for our sins. God has the ultimate power of the universe, for he is the onewho created everything on it. “Have you not known? Have you not heard?TheLORDisthe everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth (Isaiah 40:28).” God will always be here for us, even in our afterlife. For him, it is why we have an afterlife after we die here on earth. God knows what is best for us & has a plan for every one of us. “This God—his way isperfect, the word of theLORDproves true;he isa shield for all those whotake refuge in him (Psalm 18:30).” Acknowledging that God is perfect & perfect for us & our lives, our life willbe good, as God wanted it to be. He is the most trustworthy person we will ever know, he wants us to always have faith in him. “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God;I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand (Isiah 41:10).”HumanityThe universe was created on purpose by the power of God. God’s motive to create the universe & all the creatures on it was to have love & equality. It was God who created the first human. “Then theLordGod formed the man of dust from the ground & breathed into his nostrilsthe breath of life, & the man became a living creature (Genesis 2:7).” The story of Adam & Eve,
explains how God created the first human. He put them in the Garden of Eden. In the Garden, God left food for them as well as each other for companionship. He left them giving them one rule, to not touch the tree of good & evil. Adam & Eve did not listen & ate from the tree, which then God punished them for. Christians call this humanity’s “fall.” The purpose of life to Christians is to serve God. You can either work with him & listen to God’s will or go against
