CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT PLAN 2 Customer Relationship Management Plan Synopsis of the problems Good customer relations are vital for any organization aiming to thrive in a competitive market. International Waters, Inc. (IW) has low customer returns as well as their clients failing to recommend the organization to their friends implying poor customer relationship management strategies in place. Customer demands are poorly addressed, and they end up leaving with complaints about their stay in the restaurant. As customers leave with dissatisfaction, the less likely, they will fail to recommend the organization to others, and this emerges as the reason for most clients to be arising from social media marketing. The customer care team and personnel are unable to ensure customer satisfaction as they engage in conversation. The organization itself has failed to manage issues concerning customer satisfaction, which has eventually led to more customer complaints arising to the kind of services offered in the organization (Padilla-Melénde & Garrido-Moreno, 2014). IW Inc. needs to come up with customer relationship management strategies that could ensure customer satisfaction, which will lead to more returns of the client and cause them to recommend their friends to visit their organization. SMART Goals The problem of poor customer relationships can be solved by understanding both the customer and the organization's goals.
