Inthis project, we will offer to the general manager of reporting operations related to financialmanagement and budget control, project milestones, problems that we have already faced,etc.We noticed that Jess, our CPA, is having performance issues that may have a huge impact inthe project deliverables and may as well cause a delay in our dates. Considering that, we willgive personal support to Jess and provide training to help her and align her with the rest of theteam, fill the knowledge and skill gaps and we will also help him to have a better timemanagement since his lack of skills has caused her to fall 8 hours behind. We are going todevelop a coaching session for her that will help her to complete her tasks. We will also giveindividual support to her.
