KHARIF PRICES AND ITS IMPLICATION Kharif crops are those crops which are grown in Kharif season of Agricultural Year. Kharif season ranges from June to September Rabi season ranges from October to March Zaid season ranges from April to May All those annual crops whose sowing takes place in the month of June or July are called as Kharif crops. These are usually Short day crops but some day neutral crops like Cotton and Sunflower may also be grown in Kharif season according to climatic conditions of the region. IMPLICATION & PRICING MINIMUM SUPPORT PRICE Recently government of India announced minimum surprise price for farmer. According to MSP (Minimum support price)
