Gettinginvolved in crime has been supported by theories; social and biological. The case of the 19, yearold, Malcolm Pine is a serious case that has resulted from a mental disability, lack of enoughparental guidance and inheritance of his father.The biological theory of crime makes the assumption that one can be born a criminal.
