Introduction
Native Bush Spices Australia is NSW based native food providers who offers native herbs and spices,
native herbal teas and native fruit jams and conserves. Founded in 2010, Native Bush Spices Australia
has grown rapidly due to customers’ high demand for its quality products and services. As with the
growth of the business operations, it seems its current marketing procedures are not sufficient to
cope with the customers demands. The company’s website has not been improved to accommodate
the business requirements and most importantly, there is no business logo to distinguish from the
competitors. There is an urgent need for Native Bush Spices Australia to design a new website and
include the company within the newly designed website.
As this project is to be contracted to an external web-designing company, to ensure the successful
completion of the project, it is necessary to raise some questions to address some current and
potential issues in completing this project.
Both internal and external project stakeholders need to address the following issues:
What is the duration for this project?
Who are the appointed stakeholders for the project and their interests in the project?
What are the responsibilities for each project stakeholders?
What is the budget for the project?
What are the expected outcomes for the project?
Therefore, a meeting is required to discuss these issues and find the agreed solutions.
Scope
This project applies within Native Bush Spices Australia, the related stakeholders are both internal
and external. It is about developing a new company website to accommodate the increased
demands for the company’s products.
