In the physical fitness chapter I have learned that physical fitness is the ability of your body to respond to routine physical demands and to handle unexpected extra physical demands. The principles of exercise are overload and reversibility. I've also learned about F.I.T.T which stands for frequency, intensity, time and type. Overall I have learned many great things that will help me make smarter choices in the future and I hope to learn more as the year ends....
