Misty Harewood Professor Kenna ENGL 1010 Oct. 17, 2019 This Is Me! Attention! Attention! My name is Misty Harewood and here a little peek into my life. For the most part of my life, I grow up here in Oxon Hill, Maryland but my family is from Trinidad and Tobago. I come from a Caribbean family and I love my Culture, from the taste foods to the carnival festivals and the music (soca). growing up I didn’t leave with both my parents, they got divorced when I was a baby. For the most part I lived with my mother. out of six children, I am the technically I’m the third oldest, but you can just say I’m the middles child. I am a very family-oriented kind a of person; I believe that family is always and forever I believe that I am different from most girls I grow up with; I’m very nerdy, sporty, girly. I love to play basketball and dance; they help me find peace and fun. My favorite things to do are be with family, hang out with friends, go to Caribbean events and learning new things.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
