Shareholder Value or Financial Perspective Balanced Scorecard Market Share Campbell’s Soup Company can increase their market share for the new EZ- Fresh division by concentrating their efforts on increasing customers through advertising on the TV, internet, email, or billboards. Revenues and Costs Using Campbell’s Soups efficient resources, manufacturing, production, warehousing, and distribution this will help keep costs low and maximizing profits. Profitability The idea is to try and corner the fresh packaged foods market before the competition does and to create profits for the stakeholders in the company. Following the mission vision ad value of the new EZ-Fresh division there is high potential for the new division. Competitive Position EZ-Fresh will gain a competitive position by concentrating efforts on the new innovative salad pouch design that will appeal to consumers that the competition does not have while offering competitive pricing to any competitor who enters the market. Customer Value Perspective Balanced Scorecard Customer Retention or Turnover With the new innovative salad pouch design with built in utensil, napkin, and dressing we plan to deliver a product that is a complete meal on the go with simple clean up. Clip the label on the back of the pouch and save them for the Campbell’s Labels For Education, which will provide educational and athletic resources to

Coupon and bulk packaging through major retailers like Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Costco, and Target will push buy-one-get-one deals and other advertising to tap into other major brands loyal consumers. We strive to make our products with the freshest naturally sourced ingredients and packaged them environmentally friendly and recyclables materials, which will allow the EZ-Fresh brand to feed and nourish the customers with our fresh delicious products while caring for the environment in which our ingredients are sourced.
