Question 1: At the time of attending the meeting listening to others is a crucial term. I applied my active listening skills at the group meetings by paying attention towards the others point of view, providing them feedback and responding appropriately. Many of the team members fail to apply their listening skills and need to be encouraged . It can be done by reflecting my own views and interpreting the necessity of taking part in a group meeting. Questioning is also a vital part which assists in knowing if the members are paying attention to the facts ( Annala, et. Al., 32016). I can also ask questions for getting feedback from the members of the group. For enhancing the team meet I could have developed a better engagement with all the team members and extend a professional bond. I could have also demonstrated my concerns over the issues so that the ideas of other team members could be clarified ( Ranjan, et. Al., 2015). 3

Question 2: For managing differences in my group, I utilised Global strategy . My group has members of diverse backgrounds, culture and ethnicity. For developing a successful team meet we utilised assertiveness skill which is referred in social and communication skill training ( Bidmon and Terlutter, 205). We developed the team members to be able to stand for their own. Being calm is not an option, so we taught the team members to negotiate and provide constructive feedback to the ideas of other team members. 4

Question 3: We faced issues of decision making where the team members were not able to take effective decisions. They lacked the negotiation and communication skills. This issue raised concerns between the team members for developing the most appropriate options. The best interpersonal
